Paid Sick and Safe Leave Handbook Statement: SeaTac, Washington

The Ordinance applies to "occasional basis employees" who work primarily outside SeaTac but work within city limits on an ad hoc, irregular basis. However, a covered employee may only use sick and safe time hours when working in SeaTac.
