Alexander Soric
Alexander Soric is a first chair labor and employment counsel skilled in contract negotiations, arbitration, class actions, legal writing, and labor relations. Mr. Soric regularly arbitrates matters before the Office of the Impartial Chairperson and other arbitral tribunals. He has significant experience in representing employers in collective bargaining and in matters before the NLRB.
Mr. Soric has represented numerous employers in class actions brought under FLSA, the Davis-Bacon Act and state wage-hour matters as well as in employment discrimination in federal and state courts and agencies. His experience also includes negotiating and drafting employment, non-compete and separation agreements, drafting personnel policies and counseling clients on federal, state and city labor, wage-hour and discrimination law compliance. Mr. Soric regularly conducts training for managers in labor relations, union avoidance and anti-harassment.
