Batuhan Sahmay

Batuhan Şahmay is a Senior Associate at Bener Law Office. He joined the team in 2009 having previously gained experience within a major international law firm.

Batuhan advises clients in a variety of sectors on employment and labor law, contracts, immigration and telecommunications law. He has been involved in a number of significant cases for many high-profile clients. He has also been involved, as a team member, at due diligence stage in a number of mergers and acquisitions deals.

Batuhan is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and is native in Turkish and fluent in English.
