Beth C. Rogers

Beth C. Rogers is an attorney representing management in disputes involving employment law issues. She counsels national and local New Jersey businesses on workplace policies and compliance and defends New Jersey employers in litigation, including employment discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation claims.

Ms. Rogers drafts industry-specific employee handbooks, contracts and HR policies and is also a frequent lecturer on diversity training. Ms. Rogers formerly served as deputy attorney general for the State of New Jersey, wherein she represented the State and its agencies in a variety of high profile employment matters.
