Daniel Cohen

Daniel Cohen represents employers exclusively in the areas of labor and employment law. He has practiced before the National Labor Relations Board as well as before state and federal courts. He primarily handles union negotiations and contract administration, arbitration matters, class and collective action litigation and enforcement of restrictive covenants.

Mr. Cohen regularly advises business owners and HR professionals on complex employment law matters and is a frequent lecturer and trainer on a variety of topics including the ADA, the FMLA, workplace violence, harassment and hiring and firing issues.
