Employer's Association of New Jersey

The Employers Association of New Jersey (EANJ) is a nonprofit membership association made up of employers throughout New Jersey and is dedicated exclusively to helping members make sound and responsible employment decisions through education, informed discussion and training. EANJ provides training, education and advice to help New Jersey employers comply with complex employment laws and regulations across a broad spectrum including the areas of labor, employment, EEO, immigration, health care, affirmative action, wage and hour, FMLA and other related HR-law issues.
