Eric Meyer
Eric Meyer is a labor and employment lawyer with experience providing counsel on complex issues such as employment discrimination and retaliation, workplace harassment, employee pay practices, leaves of absence and disabilities and reasonable accommodations. He also litigates disputes related to non-competition agreements, trade secret disputes, employment contracts and other contractual matters.
Mr. Meyer works with clients on alternative dispute resolution, is a volunteer mediator for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), serves as a mediator for the federal court system and is approved by the EEOC to conduct sexual harassment training across all organizational levels.
