Estefania Rueda Garcia

Estefania Rueda Garcia is an associate at Littler. She advises on international and national companies in a range of employment law and labor matters, including:

• Performing labor audits specifically on outsourcing matters;
• Reviewing collective bargaining agreements;
• Preparing, assisting and negotiating labor terminations;
• Reviewing and preparing individual employment agreements;
• Documenting training programs and the formation of mandatory employer-employee
  committees; and
• Advising on privacy data matters, as well as preparing and reviewing privacy notices.

Estefania previously served as a law clerk to the Public Notary of the Federal District.
