James Anelli

James Anelli practices mainly in the area of employment law. He focuses his practice on guiding employers in defending employment discrimination claims, negotiating executive employment agreements, addressing employment benefit matters and advising on related plan design and tax issues for public and private entities.

Mr. Anelli represents clients in matters involving arbitration, collective bargaining, grievances and unfair labor practices. He also advises clients on complex benefit issues arising out of mergers and secondment transactions, asset and stock sales, and complex, multi-employer pension matters.
