James M. Moakley

James M. Moakley serves as in-house counsel for public companies, primarily responsible for advising management on matters of corporate governance, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and risk management and preparing 1933 Act and 1934 Act filings, including proxy statements, Forms 10-K and 10-Q and registration statements.

Mr. Moakley is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey and Florida and has extensive experience drafting diverse contracts including employment agreements, registration rights agreements, confidentiality agreements and noncompetition agreements.
