James S. Urban

James S. Urban counsels employers on complex employment and traditional labor matters. He has tried employment discrimination claims before state and federal court juries, whistleblower claims before Department of Labor administrative law judges, and labor disputes before arbitration panels and National Labor Relations Board administrative law judges.
