Jolee Land

Jolee Land is a management-side employment attorney whose practice focuses on helping clients respond to pre-suit charges of race, sex, national origin, and disability discrimination filed with the EEOC and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. She also represents employers in state and federal court regarding wrongful termination, discrimination and fraudulent inducement claims, as well as enforcement of noncompetition and confidentiality agreements.

Ms. Land has experience helping employers draft, maintain and enforce HR policies and procedures in a variety of areas such as equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment, maintaining a drug free workplace, discipline, organizational exit and wage and hour compliance. She also provides preventive counseling and training to clients on a broad spectrum of workplace issues.
