Kenneth H. Pritchard

Kenneth H. Pritchard is a consultant specializing in strategic human capital planning, compensation, competency modeling and assessment, workforce and succession planning, organization and employee development, performance management and more. Mr. Pritchard has authored more than 50 essays, monographs and other writings, including Competency-Based Leadership for the 21st Century, a 1998 refereed essay-contest award winner.

He was a member of the national Compensation and Benefits Committee of SHRM, 1991-2003, which included service as chair of the compensation subcommittee, 1997-2000. In addition, Mr. Pritchard is a member of SHRM, WorldatWork, the American Society for Training and Development, the American Management Association, the International Personnel Management Association-HR, and the International Personnel Assessment Council.
