Melanie Perez-Vellios

Melanie Perez-Vellios is an Assistant Professor of Legal Practice and the Assistant Director of Lawyering at Seton Hall University. Prior to this, she practiced as an attorney in employment and education law.

As an attorney, she provided lawsuit prevention strategies to employers for all employment related matters, including hiring, employee retention, leaves of absence, job performance evaluations, harassment, workplace violence, employee discipline and termination. She also conducted anti-harassment training and other workplace programs for employees at all organizational levels.
