Michael Barnsback

Michael Barnsback practices employment and labor law and defends employers in investigations and cases before state and federal courts, arbitrations and administrative bodies. Mr. Barnsback advises on personnel management and employment law issues, as well as helps employers manage risk and maintain compliance.

Mr. Barnsback also practices in the area of data security and privacy, focusing on protecting employers from unfair competition, theft of trade secrets and confidential information and breaches of fiduciary duties by employees, officers and directors. He assists clients in conducting risk and vulnerability assessments of computer and information systems, developing information security and privacy policies and procedures and responding to data breaches.
