Nina Thjømøe

Nina Thjømøe is a partner at Littler Norway and an experienced employment lawyer specializing in advising employers and resolving complex employment law challenges. She has extensive expertise in restructuring and workforce reductions, managing difficult employee cases, including whistleblowing and dismissals, negotiating termination agreements, and ensuring employment law compliance through the implementation of policies and day-to-day HR advice. Nina also advises on immigration and cross-border employment matters.

Before joining Littler Norway, Nina served as an in-house lawyer in a large organization, where she played an active role in daily operations and strategic decision-making. This hands-on experience allows her to better understand and effectively address her clients' needs.
