Robbert H. van het Kaar

Robbert H. van het Kaar is assistant professor at the Amsterdam Institute for Advanced Labor Studies (AIAS), University of Amsterdam. He publishes and teaches in the fields of labor law and company law, and industrial relations. His background is both in law and economics.

He is an independent member of the Codetermination Commission of the Dutch Social and Economic Council (SER) and a substitute judge at the SER-committee on mergers and takeovers. Van het Kaar is also a supervisory board member in two companies (based in India and the USA).
