Rosemarie Lally has many years of experience in business compliance publishing with a specialization in employment law and occupational safety and health issues. She was executive editor for Thompson Publishing Group's labor and employment law publications and later served as a managing editor for global electronic news products covering employment issues at Mercer.

Rosemarie holds a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Scranton.
