Vonde Smith

Vonde Smith maintains a varied consulting and civil litigation practice. Throughout Ms. Smith's career, she has represented private companies, non-profits and individuals in a wide range of employment matters such as mediation and conflict resolution in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Smith's employment law experience includes litigation arising under federal and state law involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination as well as contract and tort theories. She has appellate experience, handling cases before both the Wyoming Supreme Court and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Smith also provides consulting regarding federal and state compliance with employment laws.
