Summary
- In addition to the federal equal opportunity laws, Indiana employers must comply with two Indiana state laws with respect to disabilities in the workplace: the Indiana Civil Rights Law and the Indiana Employment Discrimination Against Disabled Persons Act. - Neither Indiana law provides protections broader than the federal Americans with Disabilities Act except with regard to the presence of service animals in the workplace. See Service Animals.
