Bloomington employers that provide an employee handbook are required by law to include in the handbook a notice of employee rights and remedies under the Bloomington Earned Sick and Safe Leave Ordinance. Employers should fulfill this legal requirement by including the city's Sick and Safe Leave Notice of Employee Rights as an addendum to their handbook.
