Retirement Benefits 2023: Survey Report

Introduction

Preparing for an uncertain future is at the forefront of many workers' minds today. With so many facing financial insecurity and dismal projections about the economy, employees want to work for employers who care about employee well-being in the long term. For this reason, the quality of retirement benefits has the potential to make or break an employee's decision to stay. And, as turnover rates skyrocket to record highs, employers need to consider every angle to boost retention.

In this survey report, we investigate the current state of retirement benefits in the workplace. Beyond discussing which benefits are offered, we also address the resources employers provide to promote financial wellness among their employees and the methods organizations use to communicate information about retirement planning to employees.
