Ensure Immigration Compliance Checklist

When to Use
During the second Trump Administration, employers are experiencing an aggressive return to stricter immigration enforcement and tighter compliance requirements, including an increase in worksite raids and audits. In addition, employers who depend on foreign workers on employment-based visas (H-1B, L-1, etc.) are facing higher denial rates, increased requests for evidence (RFEs) and more rigid interpretations of eligibility criteria.
With this in mind, employers may be confused about where to begin an immigration health check. This checklist serves as a good starting point. The steps do not need to be completed sequentially and may be completed concurrently.
