Summary

  • The state has several rules that apply to carcinogens and require employers to train employees, as well as label products appropriately. See Managing Day-to-Day Health Concerns.
  • Under the state's presumptive disability laws, various illnesses, including cancer, bloodborne pathogens diseases, MRSA and heart diseases, may be covered as compensable conditions. See Presumptive Illnesses and Conditions.
