- Hawaii's minimum wage is currently $14.00 per hour. See Minimum Wage.
- Employers may apply employees' tips and/or the cost of board, lodging and other facilities toward their minimum wage obligations. See Tip Credit and Board, Lodging and Other Facilities.
- However, employers are prohibited from making any deductions from an employee's pay unless the deduction is required by law or court order, or authorized in writing by the employee. See Deductions Below the Minimum Wage.
