Summary
- Kentucky's minimum wage is the same as the federal minimum wage. See Minimum Wage.
- Kentucky allows tip pools but prohibits employers from requiring participation in a tip pool. See Tip Credit.
- Kentucky permits payment of subminimum wages to a "worker with a disability" or "sheltered workshop employee" to the extent the employer is authorized to do so pursuant to a certificate issued by the U.S. Department of Labor. See Subminimum Wages.
