Summary
- Wisconsin employers are required to pay overtime to all nonexempt employees at a rate of one and one-half the employee's regular rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week. See Computing Overtime.

- Most nonexempt employees are entitled to overtime pay when they have worked more than 40 hours in a workweek.
