Hawaii Minimum Salary for Highly Compensated Employees Increases to $4,000 per Month

Implementation Date: June 21, 2024

Effective June 21, 2024, Hawaii increases from $2,000 to $4,000 the minimum monthly salary for highly compensated employees who are exempt from the state's minimum wage and overtime requirements.
