In this survey report, HR & Compliance Center explores key aspects of recruiting and hiring, such as candidate-attraction methods and their effectiveness, soft skills and how they are evaluated in the hiring process, the post-pandemic future of video interviews, time it takes to fill positions, vacancy costs, and more.

This is the second year HR & Compliance Center has conducted this survey, and this report will occasionally reference last year's findings.
