- The Vermont Fair Employment Practices Act (VFEPA) prohibits discrimination against any individual on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, ancestry, place of birth, age, HIV status, military status, physical or mental condition or crime victim status.
