Summary
- Alabama does not have a distinct anti-harassment statute. See Alabama State Harassment Protection.
- Alabama law offers some additional forms of anti-harassment protection which may be used separately or in addition to the traditional federal protection such as claims for invasion of privacy, battery and outrage. See Alabama State Harassment Protection.
