Summary
- Under the Montana Human Rights Act (MHRA), harassment is a form of illegal discrimination when based on an employee's race, sex, disability, or other protected class. See Harassment Under the Montana Human Rights Act.
- Harassment under the MHRA can consist of a hostile environment at the workplace based on sex. Harassment can also take the form of quid pro quoharassment, where an employee is pressured to accept unwelcome advances based on gender. See Harassment Under the Montana Human Rights Act.
