- Harassment claims in South Carolina are governed by the South Carolina Human Affairs Law, which is administered by the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission. See Harassment Under South Carolina Human Affairs Law and Remedies and Enforcement.
- Harassment claims under South Carolina law follow the same basic framework as harassment claims under Title VII, but the remedies for a violation of the South Carolina Human Affairs Law are not as extensive.
