Summary
- Missouri does not have an approved state plan regarding job safety and health programs. However, it has an On-Site Safety and Health Consultation Program through the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. See Missouri's On-Site Safety and Health Consultation Program.
- The person in charge has an obligation to report accidents that prevent an injured employee from returning to work within four days, or that lead to death. See Reporting Accidents.
