Summary

  • The Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Act applies to all Nevada public employers and private employers involved in construction, explosives, the handling of asbestos and the operation of cranes. See Who Does OSHA Regulate?
  • The Act requires employers with more than 10 employees to have a Written Safety Program, and employers with more than 25 employees to establish a safety committee. See Rights and Responsibilities Under OSHA.
