Summary
- The Kansas Employer and Employee Relations Act (KEERA) sets out actions that are unlawful by both the employer and private individuals. See Unfair Labor Practices; Private Individuals and Labor Organizations Unfair Labor Practices.
- To prevent or stop such unlawful practices, the aggrieved party must file an action with the appropriate district court. See Violations of the KEERA.
