Summary
- All Arizona employers are required to post the Arizona Workers' Compensation Poster in the workplace. See Notice Requirements.
- All employers must carry workers' compensation insurance regardless of the number of workers employed in the course of their business. Failure to carry insurance or to obtain self-insurance pursuant to state regulations, may result in fines and even the closure of the business. See Covered Employers.
- Every employee is covered by workers' compensation protection, with one notable exception. See Covered Employees.
