Summary

• All Tennessee employers covered by Tennessee's Workers' Compensation Law are required to post the Tennessee Workers' Compensation Law Poster in the workplace. See Notice Requirements.
• Most employers are required to provide workers' compensation insurance coverage in Tennessee, with few exceptions. See Covered Employers.
• Nearly all employees are covered by workers' compensation insurance if they work for a covered employer. See Covered Employees.
• Injuries and occupational diseases arising out of and in the course of employment are compensable under Tennessee law. See Compensable Injuries.
• Injured employees are entitled to full medical benefits under workers' compensation. See Medical Benefits.
