Summary
- All Tennessee employers covered by Tennessee's Workers' Compensation Law are required to post the Tennessee Workers' Compensation Law Poster in the workplace. See Notice Requirements.
- Most employers are required to provide workers' compensation insurance coverage in Tennessee, with few exceptions. See Covered Employers.
- Nearly all employees are covered by workers' compensation insurance if they work for a covered employer. See Covered Employees.
