Summary
- All Utah employers that are covered by the Utah Workers' Compensation Act are required to post the Utah Workers' Compensation Notice of Compliance Poster in the workplace. See Notice Requirements.
- Utah has a mandatory, no-fault workers' compensation system. Almost all employers are required to carry workers'' compensation insurance, with few exceptions. See Covered Employers.
