When to Use
The use of an employee evaluation form allows an employee to evaluate their own performance during a given period. This is a useful tool to open up the lines of communication between an employee and supervisor. The self-evaluation process allows an employee to acknowledge their strengths, identify weaknesses and give thought to the growth and direction of their career.
