Crime or Domestic Violence Victim Leave Policy

When to Use
Several states require employers to provide job protection and time off to employees who are victims of domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault and/or other crimes, or whose family members are victims. An employer should consider implementing a written policy if it is required by law to provide such leave or if it chooses to offer this leave.
