Artificial Intelligence 2025: Survey Report
Introduction
Recent advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) have taken the world of business by storm. Various companies have launched novel AI-backed products to improve efficiency across every business function. Beyond this, employees now have access to tools like ChatGPT and Copilot, which both have immense potential to streamline workflows.
Though AI presents opportunities for growth that may not have been possible in the recent past, it may also present some risks for compliance and data security. Employers must determine not only how AI should be integrated in processes like recruitment or talent development, but also how to regulate it across the workforce to prevent misuse. In this survey report, we explore the perspectives of HR professionals in this rapidly changing space.
