Employee Well-being 2024: Survey Report

Introduction

For employees to be fully present and engaged at work, each aspect of employee well-being must be in good condition. Otherwise, employees often struggle to stay engaged and productive in the workplace. Although companies cannot insulate employees from every obstacle that may interfere with their overall well-being, some employers make an effort to provide employees the support they need to maintain physical and mental health in the face of adversity.

In this survey report, we explore the approach employers take to support employee well-being. We present data on the average organization's investment in well-being initiatives, as well as the specific resources employers provide to boost well-being. We also explore how the maturity of an organization's approach to employee well-being connects to broader business outcomes like employee engagement and turnover.
