Skill Development 2025: Survey Report

Introduction

Employers must keep their organizations up to speed despite the evolving nature of technology and increasingly competitive industries. This typically requires ongoing identification of skill gaps in a company and a structured method for helping employees develop the skills they need to advance.

In this survey report, we explore the approach employers take to develop skills in employees. We address questions about the prioritization of skill development, including the organization and effectiveness of skill development programs. We also highlight how organizations approach skill development for new technology like artificial intelligence.
