Summary

  • An employment agreement lasting for one year or longer must be written and signed in order to be enforceable. See Employment Contracts.
  • A covenant not to compete is valid in Oklahoma only insofar as it restricts a former employee from soliciting established customers of the employer. See Restrictive Covenants.
