Illinois Requires More Frequent Electronic UI Wage and Tax Reporting in 2013

Effective January 1, 2013, Illinois employers that are currently required to file quarterly unemployment insurance wage and tax reports electronically will be required to file the reports on a monthly basis. S.B. 2840, L. 2012.
