Summary

  • All Indiana employers must maintain a Form WH-4 for each employee. See Employee's Withholding Exemption and County Status Certificate.
  • Although not legally required, as a best practice, employers should require new employees to sign acknowledgements of receipt for employee handbooks and acknowledgements of receipt for equal employment opportunity, antiharassment, and nonretaliation policies. See Best Practices.
