Summary
- Several types of employees are exempt from Colorado's minimum wage and overtime requirements. Among them are administrative employees, executive employees, professional employees, computer employees and outside salespersons. Colorado's regulations, in some respects, define such employees differently than the Fair Labor Standards Act. See Minimum Wage and Overtime Exemptions.
