Summary
- There are various types of leave that may be available to an employee in New Hampshire. See Leaves of Absence.
- New Hampshire does not have a state family and medical leave law applicable to private employers, but private employers may voluntarily participate in the state's paid family leave program. See Family and Medical Leave.
- A covered employer must provide leave to crime victims to attend court or other proceedings related to the crime. See Crime Victim Leave.
- New Hampshire prohibits discrimination against members of the state's National Guard, state guard or militia. See Military Leave.
