Washington requires covered employers to provide paid family and medical leave, family military leave, kin care leave, pregnancy disability leave, pregnancy leave and accommodation, adoption leave if the employer provides leave for the birth of a child, paid sick leave, workers' compensation leave, domestic violence leave, jury duty leave, military leave and emergency responder leave.
